Founded in 2017, M3 Construction was built on a simple premise: the person designing your home should understand how to build it. Serving Lincoln and the surrounding areas, we offer a "design-build" experience that combines architectural knowledge with hands-on craftsmanship.
By keeping our internal team small and relying on a trusted network of subcontractors, we keep overhead low and quality control high. We don't just manage projects from a truck; we are on-site, building relationships as carefully as we build homes.

McKeil Michalek | Owner & Founder
McKeil received a Master’s Degree in Architecture from UNL in 2015. While he understands the design theory behind a great home, he found his passion and fulfillment from working with his hands. He spent years framing houses to master the "bones" of construction before launching M3 Construction. This unique background allows him to see your project through both an architect's eyes and a builder's hands.
In 2019, McKeil and his NCIDQ-certified interior designer wife, Emily, built their own home in Louisville, Nebraska and still enjoy living there to this day. He has long-term, first-hand experience being his own client!
Joshua Sisco | Lead Builder
Josh joined M3 Construction in 2020, pivoting from a tech career at Apple to the world of construction. What began as helping a longtime friend during the pandemic quickly became a passion. Josh brings a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to craftsmanship that ensures every finish is perfect. Josh is a consistent, reliable presence on your job site.
